Strong Solutions Training Systems is owned and operated by Naomi Elliott.  Strong Solutions is fully accredited and is the only training staff chartered by Stratiform.  Strong Solutions offers highly qualified and professional trainers, holding certifications through the NSCA, USAT&F, and USAW.  From Sports Specific Performance to basic programs for those of all ages and skill levels SS has it all.

Stratiform also allows non-affiliated private trainers to operate at our gym.  For a small usage fee and trainees obtaining a membership we are willing to accommodate.
